By using the website, submitting a form, creating an account, requesting a stay, placing an order, uploading documents, or communicating with us, you agree to use the website responsibly and provide accurate information.

Bookings, Availability, and Pricing

Website content, listings, prices, photographs, availability, amenities, deposits, taxes, fees, add-ons, and policies are provided for customer evaluation and may change based on dates, guest count, stay duration, location, host approval, channel-partner terms, taxes, service rules, and operational availability. A booking is confirmed only when accepted by the business or authorized host and when required payment, KYC, and guest details are completed. Quotes are valid only for the stated period and may be revised if guest details, dates, product type, taxes, or availability change.

Guest and Customer Responsibilities

Guests must follow property rules, safety instructions, check-in and checkout times, occupancy limits, local laws, payment obligations, and conduct expectations. Damage, misuse, illegal activity, disturbance, unauthorized guests, false documents, or non-payment may lead to cancellation, recovery of charges, reporting to appropriate authorities, and denial of future service.

Payments, Taxes, Cancellations, and Refunds

Payments may be collected through bank transfer, UPI, cards, payment gateways, invoices, deposits, part payments, or approved corporate billing. Taxes, GST, VAT, convenience fees, security deposits, cleaning charges, delivery charges, add-ons, and service fees may apply depending on the transaction. Cancellation, refund, date change, extension, replacement, partial cancellation, and service modification requests are reviewed according to the applicable listing, quote, booking, host, channel, payment, and business policy. Refunds, where approved, may take time based on gateway, bank, or reconciliation processes.

Hosts, Listings, and Marketplace Records

Hosts, parent hosts, child hosts, vendors, partners, and listing submitters must provide accurate listing details, images, documents, prices, availability, tax information, payout details, and compliance documents. Listings may be reviewed, edited, rejected, archived, or suspended by authorized managers or administrators if they are incomplete, misleading, duplicated, non-compliant, or unsuitable for the website. Revenue share, commission, payout, refund, service, and tax rules are governed by approved configuration, written agreement, and transaction records.

Website Content and Search Visibility

Articles, guides, listing descriptions, photographs, documents, maps, prices, and marketing content are provided for information and customer decision support.
